In order to request a refund, it's important to know which platform was used to start the subscription:
#1 For subscriptions created via the Apple App Store
Trials and subscription created via the Apple App Store are fully billed and managed by Apple. Please reach out to Apple directly to request a refund: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
#2 For subscriptions created directly via RISE
If your trial or subscription was created directly via RISE, you may submit a refund request via the "Submit a request" form.
Not sure where your subscription was created?
Subscriptions created by Apple will appear on the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your iOS device.
- Open "Settings" App on your iPhone
- Tap your Name at the top to access your Profile
- Tap on "Subscriptions"
- If "Rise: Energy & Sleep Tracker" appears there, your subscription is managed by Apple and you must follow the instructions from section #1 of the article.
