The RISE Smart Alarm is designed to help you wake up feeling less groggy. It does this by waking you during a lighter phase of sleep within a window around your set alarm time, using a gradual wake-up sequence with customizable sounds, volume, and vibrations (haptics) to ease you awake naturally.
As you set your alarm, RISE shows you whether your wake time will add to or reduce your sleep debt.
You set the alarm once and choose which days it's active — it doesn't need to be reset each night (except on Apple Watch).
The alarm rings even when your phone is on Silent or Focus mode, fires even if RISE is closed or your phone has restarted, and shows full-screen alerts with clear snooze and dismiss controls.
