If you use multiple sleep tracking sources that sync data to Apple Health,, you can now prioritize which sources RISE should use first when tracking your sleep data. This is especially useful if you have overlapping or multiple sleep data from multiple sources and want to make sure that RISE is using the most accurate data.
To prioritize your sleep sources in Rise, follow these steps:
- Open the Rise app and tap on the "Profile" tab, on the top right of the home screen.
- Scroll down to the "Data Sources" section.
- At the top, you will see a list of all the sleep tracking sources that are currently connected to your Apple Health account. To change the priority of a source, simply tap and hold on, and then drag it up or down to the desired position in the list.
Now, when you view your sleep data in the RISE app, it will be based on the prioritized sleep sources that you have selected. If you ever want to change the priority of your sleep sources again, simply follow the steps above.
