If you're having trouble activating RISE through Wellhub (formerly Gympass), it's most likely one of the following issues.
A RISE account already exists under your email address
If you're seeing an error when trying to create a profile, your email address may already be associated with a RISE account. Tap Already have a RISE account? Click here to link your Wellhub plan to your existing RISE account.
Your Wellhub email and RISE email don't match
Your Wellhub plan is linked to the email address you used during activation. If you're logged in to the RISE app with a different email address, your Wellhub membership won't be recognized. Make sure you're using the same email address in both the Wellhub activation and the RISE app.
You skipped the login screen after downloading RISE
After downloading the RISE app, you need to tap Login on the first onboarding screen and sign in with the same email used during activation. If you tapped "Next" instead of logging in, RISE may have treated you as a new user. To fix this, delete and reinstall the RISE app, then log in on the first screen.
