RISE can add your daily Energy Schedule — including energy peaks, dips, and wind-down time — directly to your Apple or Google Calendar, so you can see your energy alongside your existing events.
How do I connect my calendar to RISE?
- Open the RISE app and tap the Profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Calendars.
- Choose to connect your Apple Calendar or Google Calendar.
Once connected, RISE writes your Energy Schedule entries to your calendar each day:
- Morning grogginess
- Energy peaks (morning and evening)
- Afternoon dip
- Wind-down and Melatonin Window
These entries update daily based on your sleep data.
Can I modify the RISE calendar entries?
Yes, the energy entries RISE writes to your calendar can be moved or edited like any other calendar event.
What if my RISE calendar sync isn't working?
If your calendar stops syncing or your energy entries aren't appearing:
- Make sure RISE has calendar permissions enabled in your iPhone's Settings app.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar inside RISE (Profile > Calendars).
- If you use Google Calendar, you may need to re-authenticate — go to Profile > Calendars and reconnect.
RISE Calendar Integration is currently iOS only and isn't available on Android.
