You can manage your RISE notifications by going to Profile > Notifications in the RISE app. From there, you can toggle individual notification types on or off.
What RISE notifications can I control?
RISE offers several types of notifications you can customize:
- Habit reminders (such as caffeine cutoff, evening routine, Melatonin Window) — toggle each one individually under Tools > Habit Reminders
- Peaks and Dips alerts — a heads-up before your energy peaks and dips each day
- Smart Alarm — set and adjust under the Smart Alarm settings
- Sleep quality check-in — a prompt 90 minutes after you wake up to rate how rested you feel
How do I turn RISE habit reminders on or off?
- Open the RISE app.
- Go to Tools > Habit Reminders.
- Tap the habit you want to adjust.
- Toggle the reminder on or off.
Each habit reminder is timed to your circadian rhythm, so the notification arrives when the behavior is most relevant for you.
