Wether you switched to a new device or need to reinstall the RISE app, you can use our account recovery process.
To recover your account, follow the steps below:
- After reopening the RISE app, select "Have an account already" when prompted to log in
- Insert the email address associated with your account and select "Next"
3. Find the email from RISE and click "Log back into RISE"
4. Clicking "Log back into RISE" from the browser should open a website that will redirect you to the RISE app.
5. You will be redirected to the RISE app and your account will be ready to use. (You may need to complete the onboarding questionnaire before reaching the homepage)
