If you're having issues activating your RISE plan via Gympass, it might be due to one of the following reasons:
1. A RISE account already existed under the same email address in the past
If you're trying to create a profile with an email address that has already been used with RISE in the past, you'll seen an error message as displayed below. In this case, tap on "Already have a RISE account? click here" to link the Premium plan with your already existing account.
2. The account used on RISE is under an email address different to the one linked with your Gympass account.
Once the plan is activated on the website, the same email address must be used to Sign into the app in order for the Premium membership to be recognized. Make sure that you entered the same email address in both the activation step and on the RISE app.
3. You skipped the "Login" page after downloading the RISE app
After downloading the RISE app, you must Login on the first page with the same email address used during the activation process. In case you tap "Next" and proceed to the following steps of the onboarding, the app will recognize you as a new user and may prompt you to initiate a trial or subscription.
If you've accidentally skipped the Login page, you may delete and reinstall the app in order to Login.
