You can edit, add, or delete sleep entries from the Progress tab in RISE. Sleep entries shorter than 20 minutes cannot be edited or deleted.
How do I edit a RISE sleep entry?
- Open the RISE app and go to the Progress tab.
- Toggle on Sleep Times.
- Tap the night you want to edit.
- Adjust the sleep and wake times.
You can edit sleep entries up to 14 days in the past.
How do I add a missing RISE sleep entry?
To add a sleep session that RISE didn't detect, go to the Progress tab, tap the relevant day, and add the missing sleep times.
How do I log a nap in RISE?
To log a nap, tap + Nap on the Home tab (below your sleep summary), then set your nap start and end times and tap Add & Review.
How do I delete a RISE sleep entry?
To remove an incorrect sleep entry, go to the Progress tab, tap the night with the entry you want to remove, and delete it. This is helpful if RISE logged a sleep session that didn't happen. Sleep entries shorter than 20 minutes cannot be deleted.
Does editing RISE sleep data affect my sleep debt?
Yes, editing a sleep entry updates the estimated sleep for that night, which recalculates your sleep debt. Sleep debt is based on the past 14 nights with recent nights weighted more heavily.
