Yes, RISE shows your current sleep debt on the Home tab, and you can view your recent sleep history on the Progress tab.
Where do I find my current RISE sleep debt?
Your current sleep debt is displayed on the Home tab of the RISE app. This number represents how much sleep you've missed over the past 14 nights, with recent nights weighted more heavily than older ones.
How do I view my RISE sleep history?
Go to the Progress tab in the RISE app to view your sleep history across the past 14 nights. You can toggle between three views at the top of the screen:
- Sleep Times — when you fell asleep and woke up each night, time awake during the night, and nightly totals
- Sleep Debt — your sleep debt trend over the past 14 nights
- Sleep Quality — your self-rated sleep quality, if you've been logging it each morning
Tap any night to see details or edit your sleep times.
Can I see RISE sleep debt trends beyond 14 nights?
RISE calculates sleep debt over a 14-night window because that's what drives your day-to-day energy. The app doesn't provide a month-over-month or year-over-year sleep debt chart, but you can track your progress by checking your sleep debt regularly on the Home tab.
