RISE doesn't have a reset button for sleep data. Your sleep debt is calculated from a rolling 14-night window — each day, the oldest night drops off, and a new one enters. Older data phases out on its own within 14 days.
What should I do if my RISE data looks wrong?
If your sleep times are off, you can correct them manually:
- Open the RISE app and go to the Progress tab.
- Toggle on Sleep Times.
- Tap the night you want to fix and adjust the sleep and wake times.
You can edit sleep times up to 14 days ago. Correcting entries is the most effective way to make sure your sleep debt reflects your actual sleep patterns.
What if I want a completely fresh start with RISE?
To have a completely fresh start with RISE, you can delete your RISE account and create a new one — see How do I delete my RISE account and data? (#46).
Deleting your account and starting over will erase your settings and saved data, so RISE may need time to recalibrate your sleep need estimate.
