To change your sleep schedule in RISE, update your wake time goal. RISE will adjust your Melatonin Window and Energy Schedule as it picks up on the new pattern.
To update your wake time goal in RISE
- Open the RISE app.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Wake time goal.
- Select your preferred wake time range for weekdays and/or weekends.
Can I set different wake times for specific days in RISE?
RISE lets you set one wake time goal for weekdays and one for weekends. You can't set a different wake time for individual days (for example, a different time for Wednesdays).
For one-off early mornings, you can temporarily adjust your wake time goal the night before, then switch the goal back afterward.
Tip: If you're shifting your sleep schedule, adjust in small increments — about 15 minutes at a time. A gradual approach will feel better and produce a more sustainable change.
