To permanently delete your RISE account and all associated data, open the RISE app and go to Profile > Delete account. Account deletion is irreversible — once confirmed, your sleep history, sleep debt data, and all personal information are permanently removed from RISE's servers.
⚠️ Important: Deleting your RISE account doesn't cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first, then delete your account. Otherwise, the App Store or Google Play will continue to charge you even after your account is gone.
How to delete your RISE account
- Open the RISE app.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tap Confirm to complete the deletion.
Your account and data are permanently deleted once you confirm. You won't be able to recover your sleep history, sleep debt data, or Energy Schedule after this point.
Cancel your RISE subscription before deleting your RISE account
Deleting your RISE account doesn't stop subscription billing. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store, Google Play, or the RISE website — not by the RISE app itself.
- App Store: Cancel in your iPhone's Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > RISE > Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: Cancel in the Google Play app > your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > RISE > Cancel subscription.
- RISE website: Cancel inside the RISE app under Profile > Subscription > Cancel Subscription Renewal before deleting your account.
