To recover your RISE account on a new device, log in with the email address associated with your RISE account. Your sleep data and settings are tied to your account, not your device.
How to recover your RISE account
- Download and open the RISE app on your new device.
- Tap Have an account already when prompted.
- Enter the email address associated with your RISE account and tap Next.
- Check your email for a message from RISE and tap Log back into RISE.
- You'll be redirected to the RISE app with your account restored.

You may need to complete the onboarding questionnaire again before reaching the home screen.
What if I don't remember which email I used for RISE?
Search your email inboxes for messages from RISE — look for a sign-up confirmation, receipt, or trial reminder. These can sometimes land in your Spam or Promotions folder, so it's worth checking there.
