With the RISE complication, you can check your current energy at a glance and tap to view sleep and energy details.
Add RISE to any watch face that supports circular complications. To install just press and hold the watch face to enter edit mode. Swip to edit complications and tap the spot you’d like to put RISE in. Scroll the list of available complications and tap RISE.
Not seeing RISE on your Apple Watch?
If you don’t see RISE on your Apple Watch you may need to manually install it. Open the Watch app on your iPhone. On the “My Watch” tab, scroll to Available Apps and look for RISE. Tap the INSTALL button.

and follow the onscreen instructions. Wear your Apple Watch to bed for the most accurate data with RISE.
