The refund process for RISE depends on where your RISE subscription was created. To find out where your RISE subscription lives:
- App Store (iPhone): Check Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions. If RISE appears here, your subscription was created through Apple.
- Google Play (Android): Check the Google Play app > your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. If RISE appears here, your subscription was created through Google.
- RISE website: If RISE doesn't appear in either list above, your subscription was created on the RISE website.

What if I have two RISE subscriptions?
Some users accidentally start one subscription on the web and a second through the App Store or Google Play. If only one is canceled, the other can still result in charges. Check both the app store Subscriptions list and the RISE app to confirm all active plans are accounted for. RISE receipt emails can help confirm a web subscription — these can sometimes land in your Spam or Promotions folder, so it's worth checking there.
