A charge from RISE on your bank or credit card statement is from a RISE app subscription. Depending on how you subscribed, the charge may appear as "RISE SLEEP," "RISE SLEEP APP," or "Rise Science Inc" on your statement. App Store subscriptions show as "apple.com / bill" and Google Play subscriptions show as "GOOGLE*RISE."
The most common reason for an unexpected RISE charge is that a trial converted to a paid subscription. RISE trials require a payment method at sign-up and automatically convert to a paid plan when the trial ends if not canceled.
