The steps to update your RISE payment method depend on where your RISE subscription was created. To find out where your RISE subscription lives:
- App Store (iPhone): Check Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions. If RISE appears here, your subscription was created through Apple.
- Google Play (Android): Check the Google Play app > your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. If RISE appears here, your subscription was created through Google.
- RISE website: If RISE doesn't appear in either list above, your subscription was created on the RISE website.
Change RISE payment method on App Store (iPhone)
Apple manages all billing for App Store subscriptions. To update the payment method:
- Open Settings on the iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the Apple ID name at the top.
- Tap Payment & Shipping.
- Update or add a new payment method.
The updated payment method will apply to all App Store subscriptions, including RISE.
Change RISE payment method on Google Play (Android)
Google manages all billing for Google Play subscriptions. To update the payment method:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap the profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Payment methods.
- Update or add a new payment method.
The updated payment method will apply to all Google Play subscriptions, including RISE.
Change RISE payment method for a web subscription
If your RISE subscription was created on the RISE website, open the RISE app and go to Profile > Subscription to update your payment method.
