In order to request a refund, it's important to know which platform was used to start the subscription:
#1 For subscriptions created via Apple on the Apple App Store
Trials and subscriptions created via the Apple App Store are fully billed and managed by Apple. Please reach out to Apple directly to request a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
#2 For subscriptions created via Google on the Google Play Store
Trials and subscriptions created via the Google Play Store are fully billed and managed by Google. Please reach out to Google directly to request a refund: Request your Google Play refund
#3 For subscriptions created directly via RISE
If your trial or subscription was created directly via RISE, you may submit a refund request with your detailed information via the "Submit a request" form.
Not sure where your subscription was created?
Subscriptions created by Apple or Google will always appear on the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your iOS or Android device, respectively.
If you don't see RISE in the list of subscriptions of your App Store or Play Store account, that means your subscription was created directly via RISE and it's managed by us. In this case, please follow the instructions on the section #3 of this article to submit your refund request.
