If you paid for RISE but can't access the app, the RISE app either isn't recognizing your active subscription or your subscription is on a different account than the one you're logged in with.
Try logging out of RISE and back in
The RISE app occasionally has trouble recognizing an active subscription and is usually resolved by logging out and logging back in:
- Open the RISE app.
- Go to account settings and log out.
- Close the app completely (force-close, don't just swipe away).
- Reopen the RISE app and log back in with the same email and password.
The subscription should be recognized after logging back in.
Check which email address is linked to your RISE subscription
If the subscription was started with one email address but the app is logged in with a different email address, the app won't show an active subscription. This happens when a user signs up on the RISE website with one email and then creates a separate account in the app.
To figure out which email holds the subscription, search the email inbox for any messages from RISE — look for a sign-up confirmation, receipt, or trial reminder. These can sometimes land in your Spam or Promotions folder, so it's worth checking there. Once the right email is identified, log in to the RISE app with that email address.
Check where your RISE subscription was created
If RISE was purchased through the App Store or Google Play, make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the purchase. If RISE was purchased on the website, make sure to log in to the RISE app with the same email used during web sign-up.
