How to connect your Samsung watch to RISE
Samsung watch sleep data reaches RISE through Health Connect. First, set up Samsung Health to share data with Health Connect:
- Open the Samsung Health app on your Android phone.
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) or go to Settings.
- Look for Health Connect or Connected Services.
- Tap Health Connect and follow the prompts to allow Samsung Health to share data with Health Connect. Make sure Sleep is enabled as a shared data category.
Then connect Health Connect to RISE:
- Open the RISE app and tap your Profile icon.
- Tap Data Sources.
- Scroll down to Optional connections.
- Tap Health Connect.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to allow RISE to read data from Health Connect.
After both connections are set up, RISE will read your Samsung watch sleep data through Health Connect each morning.
