To cancel your RISE trial:
- Open the RISE app.
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription Renewal.
Depending on how you subscribed, you'll either confirm the cancellation in the app or be redirected to your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
If you're on a RISE trial
If you cancel during a trial period, you won't be charged. You'll keep full access to RISE for the remainder of your trial period.
If you don't cancel before your free trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
RISE trial reminders and cancellation deadlines
RISE sends reminder emails before the trial ends for subscriptions created through the RISE website. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may send reminders before the conversion date. These reminders can sometimes land in your Spam or Promotions folder, so it's worth checking there.
If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial ends for the cancellation to take effect.
Deleting the RISE app doesn't cancel your RISE trial
Removing the RISE app from your phone doesn't cancel your trial. If you delete the RISE app without canceling first, the trial will still convert to a paid subscription when the trial period ends. Always cancel through the steps above before deleting the app or your account.
