Your RISE subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle -- either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose. The renewal date is the same calendar day you originally subscribed or started your paid plan after a free trial.
How do I check my RISE renewal date?
Where you find your RISE renewal date depends on how you subscribed to RISE.
If you subscribed through the App Store (iPhone):
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap RISE Sleep from the list.
- Your renewal date is shown on the subscription details screen.
If you subscribed through Google Play (Android):
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap RISE Sleep from the list.
- Your renewal date is shown on the subscription details screen.
If you subscribed through the RISE website:
- Open the RISE app.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Subscription under Membership.
- Your renewal date is shown on the subscription details screen.
Why was I charged for RISE without a reminder?
RISE sends reminder emails before your trial ends for subscriptions created through the RISE website. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may send reminders before the renewal date. These reminders can sometimes land in your Spam or Promotions folder, so it's worth checking there.
For App Store and Google Play subscriptions, charges are handled by Apple or Google — not by RISE directly. If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date for the cancellation to take effect.
If a charge caught you off guard, check your RISE renewal date using the steps above so you know when your next billing cycle ends. You can cancel your RISE subscription at any time before that date to avoid the next charge. Canceling stops future renewals but keeps your access active until the end of your current billing period.
What if I have a RISE Lifetime Membership?
If you purchased a RISE Lifetime Membership, your subscription doesn't renew. Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
