The RISE Lifetime Membership is a one-time payment that gives you permanent access to all RISE features, with no recurring charges.
Lifetime Membership can be purchased through the RISE website or directly in the RISE app. You can manage it under Profile > Subscription. It won't appear in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
How to get the RISE Lifetime Membership
RISE offers the Lifetime Membership during periodic limited-time sales.
Purchasing the RISE Lifetime Membership doesn't cancel your existing RISE subscription
If you have a recurring RISE subscription when you purchase the Lifetime Membership, that subscription remains active and will continue to renew unless you cancel it separately. Cancel your existing RISE subscription after purchasing the Lifetime Membership:
- If you subscribed through the App Store: Go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > RISE > Cancel Subscription.
- If you subscribed through Google Play: Open the Google Play app > your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > RISE > Cancel subscription.
- If you subscribed through the RISE website: Open the RISE app > tap your Profile icon > Subscription > Cancel Subscription Renewal and confirm.
Your RISE Lifetime Membership will remain active regardless. Canceling the old subscription only stops the recurring charges from your previous plan.
Why was I charged after paying for the RISE Lifetime Membership?
If you were charged after purchasing the RISE Lifetime Membership, the charge is most likely from a previous RISE subscription that wasn't canceled. The Lifetime Membership and your existing subscription are managed separately, so purchasing the Lifetime Membership doesn't automatically stop your old subscription from renewing.
If you were charged for both your RISE Lifetime Membership and a previous RISE subscription:
- Cancel your previous RISE subscription using the steps above.
- For a refund on the duplicate charge, the process depends on where the old subscription was created:
- App Store charges: Request a refund from Apple.
- Google Play charges: Request a refund from Google Play.
- Web subscription charges: Submit a request and our support team can help.
