To cancel your RISE subscription, open the RISE app, tap your Profile icon, go to Subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription Renewal. Depending on where you originally subscribed (the App Store, Google Play, or the RISE website), you'll either confirm the cancellation in the app or be redirected to your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
⚠️ Deleting the RISE app or your RISE account doesn't cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately before deleting the app or your account, or charges will continue.

How to cancel if you subscribed through the RISE website
If you subscribed to RISE directly through the RISE website, your subscription is managed by RISE (not by Apple or Google). To cancel your RISE web subscription:
- Open the RISE app and tap your Profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription Renewal.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Web subscriptions don't appear in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You must cancel a RISE web subscription through the RISE app.
I can't find my RISE subscription to cancel it
If you don't see your RISE subscription listed in the App Store or Google Play, your subscription was likely started through the RISE website. Web subscriptions are managed entirely through the RISE app and don't appear in your device's subscription settings.
To check where your RISE subscription lives:
- Open the RISE app and tap your Profile icon.
- Tap Subscription.
- If you see a Cancel Subscription Renewal option that lets you confirm directly in the app, your subscription is a web subscription.
- If tapping Cancel Subscription Renewal redirects you to the App Store or Google Play, your subscription is managed by that platform.
If you're still having trouble locating your RISE subscription, submit a request and our support team can help identify where your subscription was created.
What happens after I cancel my RISE subscription?
After you cancel your RISE subscription, you'll keep full access to RISE until the end of your current billing cycle. Once that period ends, your subscription won't renew and you won't be charged again.
Canceling your RISE subscription doesn't delete your RISE account or data. If you want to delete your account entirely, you can do that separately in the RISE app under Profile > Delete account -- but make sure you cancel your subscription first.
