RISE doesn't offer a permanent free plan, but most yearly plans include a trial period with full access to all RISE features. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged unless you continue with a paid subscription. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins automatically.
Monthly plans don't include a free trial but may include a trial period with an intro price.
Some users have access to RISE at no personal cost through Wellhub (formerly Gympass), an employer-sponsored plan, or a participating college or university.
When you start your trial, you'll take the RISE sleep quiz — a two-minute assessment that finds your personal sleep need, sleep debt, and ideal sleep schedule. Your results are ready as soon as you finish.
